REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Digital ProductsBecause you get instant access to all of the digital materials, videos, templates, swipe files and 360BS intellectual property there is no refund or cancellation permitted. Please read through ALL elements of the T&Cs and reach out to info@360bs.co.za if you have any questions about this being the right fit for your business.Strategy ServicesOnce a payment has been made and booked in our calendar, we will immediately start planning and putting together your business strategy so we can have the most productive session. Thus a refund isn’t possible as work has been done. If you cannot attend a session, we can do a virtual recording for you that we will send you along with the documents based on your chosen option. *Recording times could vary depending on feedback and input from the client before the session.Monthly RetainerAs the team works in advance using a specific strategy, 2 calendar months notice must be given and will be charged at full price to complete all work outstanding and finish planned work based on Strategy approved by client beforehand. No NEW work will be done however. *IF a monthly retainer of 6+ months is canceled before the time period that was booked, the full price of the 6 month package will be charged to compensate for loss of time already spent as laid out in different package options. Ie if a 12 or 18 month package is canceled before the 12 or 18 months has lapsed, the 2 months notice period will be charged at the 6 month retainer prices.Other ServicesOther services provided by 360BS will have separate cancellation policies due to work done and nature of the work.
